Bob, was always on top of everything. If there was a home I wanted to tour he would reply in less than 5 minutes which is extremely appreciated in today's market. He was available by phone for any questions, even on vacation he made sure we had someone else to talk to if anything were to arise and was always available by email. It is obvious that Bob knows his stuff, he was a pleasure to work with and even when we had issues he was there to provide sound advice and a solution. I will work with Bob for all home needs until the day he retires.
