Our experience with Bob Rose was very positive. Right from the start we felt comfortable with him and were confident that he would represent our best interests. He brought us the perfect deal and we are so thankful that we used him as our realtor. Bob and Johanna Gingher

He was on top of everything for me, kept me up to date daily with emails. The house required a lot of negotiating between clients and Bob did a superb job.

With the many trials that Bob and I went through together, I can say this move would not have happened without the patience and experience of Bob Rose!!!

Bob, was always on top of everything. If there was a home I wanted to tour he would reply in less than 5 minutes which is extremely appreciated in today's market. He was available by phone for any questions, even on vacation he made sure we had someone else to talk to if anything were to arise and was always available by email. It is obvious that Bob knows his stuff, he was a pleasure to work with and even when we had issues he was there to provide sound advice and a solution. I will work with Bob for all home needs until the day he retires.
