Fourteen years ago Bob Rose sold us the home that he sold for us in May. He kept in contact with us at least once a year for those 14 years. He smoothed the way for us during both the purchase and the sale. His recommendations to us for service needs and purchases were always the best. Bob is honest. He did the best possible for us during this buyers' market. We listed the house February 10th of this year. It sold over the Memorial Day weekend and we settled June 28th. Bob said the hard things, when needed, but with kindness. We highly recommend him as a listing/selling agent or a buying agent. He advertized the home in several venues and held necessary open houses.

Bob keep us updated on the sale of the house, gave us advise to when to lower the price if needed. He follow thru with the paper work at the closing for the house and has kept in touch to see how we are doing in our new place.

Bob Rose is one of the best realators in Lancaster County. He is happy to educate the client and he is able to let the client learn on their own. When I was ready to move back to the area I was excited to work with Bob again. In 45 days we saw over 50 houses. He knows Lancaster County like the back of his hand, neighborhoods, school districts, safety, and resale value. He is an expert. He listens to your criteria, he hears you, he is honest and he is always professional. Bob has a fantastic personality, he can get along with anyone. He has an amazing work ethic and knows how to close a deal. He valued my time, and my schedule and he always answered my calls or emails. I felt as though I was his only client.
