Bob Rose was amazing throughout our entire process of buying a home. He was very knowledgeable, always prompt with responses, and explained every detail of our sale. We even had family from out of state visiting and Bob let us view the house... ON A HOLIDAY! Not only is he a great realtor, he's a great person that we would highly recommend to whom ever!

Bob did an amazing job helping us find a beautiful home! As first time home buyers we were not sure about all the in's & out's of buying a home; he made us feel at ease and answered many questions we had. We went on quite a few weekends browsing for the right house that fit us. He is great at negoitating & making sure that all is in place before settlement time approaches. We were extrememly pleased with having him as our realtor & will be highly recommended to any family & friends looking to purchse a home in their future.

Mr. Rose presented himself as a neat, polite gentleman. There was abslutely no 'hard sell', He listened intently, evaluated my situation and gave honest answers. In my best interest his advice was presented with courtesy and good will for the sale of my house. When I purchased the modular from Heritage there were so many exaerated facts and down right lies. Mr. Rose showed no intent to shade any of his answers to his benefit. I am so pleased to have met Mr. Rose and he is an asset to your firm. When I'm in a better position, he is the gentleman I will call. Lyzzy
