Brenda was charming, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The communication was there and she listened and understood my situation. The property sold for full price with no "buyer modifications" to the contract. All in all, a pleasant experience and I would recommend Brenda to anyone in need of a realtor.

Brenda was a delight to work with when we were looking for a new home. She was always very helpful and knowledgeable. She actually made looking for a new home fun! When we called or asked questions, she got back to us promptly. When I would say that I hated to bother her so much, she would always reply, "That's what I'm here for, no problem".
